Understanding Your Uber, Bolt and Fuel Statements

Your platform earnings and the amount left after fuel answer different questions. A useful statement should help you see both, with enough detail to check how the balance was calculated.

For drivers whose earnings and fuel records are handled through GoRush, the starting point is the period shown on the statement. Check the customer name, the date range and the platform entries before comparing the totals.

Read the summary first

The account summary separates Uber earnings, Bolt earnings and the fuel card expenses included for the statement period. Where earnings from both platforms belong in the same settlement, the included fuel costs should be deducted once from their combined amount.

For a driver with earnings from only one platform, the calculation uses that platform's included earnings and the relevant fuel expenses. The statement's date range matters: an import date and a transaction date may describe different events.

Check the fuel transactions

The detailed section helps you compare individual card transactions with the fuel total. Depending on the source file, it may include the purchase date, time, card number, station, quantity, price and transaction sum.

If something looks unfamiliar, note the transaction date and amount and contact the team. Use your private customer account to view personal records rather than posting a statement publicly.

Check whether payment has been recorded

A calculated balance is an account figure. The payment status indicates whether GoRush has recorded the relevant payment as completed. Compare the period and status when checking a weekly settlement, and raise any difference with the team.

Other agreed adjustments, where applicable, need to be considered alongside the statement. The balance after fuel alone should not be treated as a complete tax calculation.
