Your GoRush Vehicle Collection and Return Guide
A few checks before collection can make the start of your rental much smoother. Keep your booking confirmation accessible and review the agreed time, collection location and contact details before setting out.
If your arrival time changes, contact GoRush so the handover arrangements can be reviewed. Bring the documents requested for your booking and make sure the person collecting the vehicle matches the agreed rental details.
At collection
Walk around the vehicle with the team and make sure any existing marks are recorded. Check the interior, mileage and fuel or charge level, where relevant. Keep a copy of the handover record and take clear photographs for your own records.
Confirm the controls, supplied equipment and the procedure for reporting a fault or an incident. Ask when the vehicle must be returned and how to request an extension if your plans change.
During the rental
Keep your agreement and booking reference somewhere you can find them quickly. Report a problem through the contact channel provided for your rental and follow the agreed instructions. If you need a different return date or another permitted driver, ask for confirmation before changing the arrangement.
Before returning the vehicle
Review the return time and location in your booking. Follow the agreed fuel or charge conditions and remove personal belongings. Allow enough time for the vehicle's condition and mileage to be recorded together.
Ask for confirmation that the return has been registered. Any outstanding charges and the handling of the deposit are assessed under your agreement and applicable law; contact the team if you need an explanation of an item.
