An amount shown in a driver app, a partner statement and your bank account may refer to different stages of the same week. Before treating a difference as a missing payment, identify what each figure represents and the dates it covers.
Match the period before the amount
Write down the platform, the statement's start and end dates, and whether the figure is an estimate or a completed statement. A screenshot taken while the week is still in progress may not be comparable with a later export.
Uber's own guide to earnings statements separates payouts, earnings, adjustments and cash-related items. Check the explanations in your own platform account rather than assuming every displayed total means money still due by bank transfer.
Separate platform figures from partner deductions
A partner settlement may also include agreed rental, fuel or partner charges. Ask for each item to be shown separately, including the period it belongs to. If you use both Uber and Bolt, confirm that a shared fuel expense has not been subtracted from both platform totals.
- Platform and reporting period.
- Meaning of the earnings column used.
- Cash or earlier payouts already accounted for.
- Each agreed deduction and its supporting record.
- Final amount payable and whether it has actually been paid.
Use a simple reconciliation
Suppose an agreed settlement starts with 1,500 PLN, then deducts 300 PLN of fuel and a 100 PLN partner fee. The resulting payable amount is 1,100 PLN before any other agreed items. This example explains the arithmetic only; it does not describe GoRush's current fees, platform calculations or your tax position.
Next, compare that payable amount with the actual transfer and its payment reference. A calculated balance is not itself proof that a transfer has been sent, and a bank booking date may differ from a statement period.
